820-00840 board not turning on

00840 board , i had water damage , U7220 was shot to ground, changed this , now all power line good, all coil have power , cpu getting little hot too, fan spint for 5 sec then off,

all coil have power except L7210 and L7220 .... any idea why , is my cpu dead, or u7220 i chaged is no good, ?

L7210/20 are the coils for VCORE.
Overvoltage (because of bad U7220) went to CPU ...

make sense , even thou cpu dead why there is no volatge on L7210-7220 , i chaged the u7220
