2015 MacBook Pro 15" boots to a flashing blue screen and then restarts

It's 2.5GHz model. In safe mode, everything looks fine. No issues with the screen. This seems like it's just a video chip failure but I wanted to see if there's any other possibilities that I'm not aware of. I attached some pictures. It just flashes this a few times and then restarts.

External monitor the same?
In safe mode boots with iGPU I suppose.
This points to GPU issue...
