2879 weird power problem

Have a 2879 when Camera/Bluetooth is plugged in, won't power on. when unplugged, turns on and boots fine. Ideas?

i find these common problems on core2duo macbooks. these old isight/wifi cable has gone bad.

i would check which line is shorted to ground when you plug the cable.

First remove the conductive sponge from the airport cable.
If still not powers up, then check resistance to ground on L3404/05, with cable connected of course.
Usually camera issue...
