left is 2012 , right is 2011
I hope this will help

connectors are different. LCD are same from 2009-2012

Really..... now you tell me that the screen was changed. That would of course be the first suspect now.

they all use the same LCD, 2012 uses a different LCD cable and different LCD cable with same pinout.
