PPBUS - 12.60V
PP1V8_S0 - pulsing too
PPCPUVCCIO - pulsing too
PP1V5_S3 pulsing too but it goes slowly to 1V and each 8 seg goes to 1.5V
CPU CORE - 0V
PP1V05_S0 - Pulsing too
PPVCCSA_S0_CPU - Pulsing too
ALL_SYS_PWRGD - Pulsing too
I removed R7974 but no results.

Some chip short ALL_SYS_PWRGD to grounf and SMC shutdown the board? Is that what happend?

----

If I remove U2850
PM_S0_PGOOD - 0.10V
CPUIMVP_PGOOD - pulsing
ALL_SYS_PWRGD - still pulsing

So, it is not CPU power supply and PCH as I see.

Cannot find U7980 and Q7970 on boardview to test more.

I took bios chip from donor board and power only 2 times with light in the mouse. Reflow PCH with flux to 180° is good idea?
