820–00165 as soon as the Power button is pressed fan at high speed

Good morning

it will be a very interesting experience for me, and because it is the first apple laptop that I repair.
What do you say about what TG Pro shows ?
Apple test (ATH ?) shows two mistakes
battery PPT004
fann PPPF003

fan connector:
J6000 1. PP5V_S0 5.10V
2. FAN_RT_TACH 1.62V
3. FAN_RT_PWM 4.65V
4. GND OK

Where should I start the diagnosis?

First of all, welcome to the forum!

Try known goof trackpad board/flex.
If still the same, then try LIO board/flex.
Also start disconnecting webcam.

Is normal to have high fan spin if you disconnect trackpad and/or LIO board.
I said disconnect webcam, nothing else.
REPLACE trackpad and LIO board/flex for test...

I don't have any spare parts for this laptop I don't have any parts for apple :-(
If necessary, I will look for and buy other parts.
When the camera is disconnected, it is the same

Flex Kabel 821-1722-A
Audio DC Board
tuchpad
Bought, I will check when it comes.

If there is no improvement after replacing these elements, what next step do you suggest?

parts came, I replaced the tack pad, DC Board, flex I changed everything in one go (the fan works as it should)
I started replacing the old parts to find out what exactly was damaged, I put in All the old parts of the fault I did not find the fan works normally on the old parts.
the flex between the tracpad and the motherboard was corroded and dirty (I replaced it with a new one) :-(

the motherboard could be damaged by the liquid, I don't know anything about it.

the new problem is the shutdown time is extremely long, around 5 minutes, and my CPU is getting very hot during this time

any ideas to fix this problem?

Do you mean that machine takes 5 min to turns off?
Boot USB macOS and check if same.
If yes, do PRAM reset 2-3 times.
You can also try clean ME BIOS...

You can also try clean ME BIOS... I have no tools to do this

I'm starting my vacation tomorrow.

Hey, have you tried fan control? link below

at-least it will eliminate the issue of the sensor. There are resistor on the board that are responsible for fan speed control without them fan is spinning with one speed. Hope that helps.

clean ME BIOS did not help
when I turn it off, the computer still consumes electricity 0.022 A
is this normal or should it show zero ?

22mA from charger could be normal, just compare with other laptop.
3V3_S5/SUS power rails are still active.

Did you try full BIOS clean ME, or just clean ME in the backup?
