820-000165 - Charger green comes, Fan doesn't go on.

Hi, the above board has following voltages.


PBUS_G3H: 8.6V
PPDCIN_G3H_ISOL: 16.5
pp5v_s5: 4.3V
PP3V42_G3H: 5.1V

PPVIN_G3H_P3V42G3H 16.2
PPVIN_G3H 16.5

SMC_PM_G2_EN. Fluctuations from 0 to 3 (moving fast and difficult to read min and max using multimeter)
PPVRTC_G3H: 5.36

U7090 was replaced. Still PP3V42_G3H value is about five. Resisters are not open in voltage divider. Any clue to go ahead?

Play with Ra/Rb.
Increasing R7096 will decrease 3V42; same effect for lower R7095.
Lower R7096 will increase 3V42; same effect increasing R7095.

Is bad PP3V42_G3H is the reason for SMC_PM_G2_EN changes?

You are right. replacing Ra and Rb solved all problems.
