this macbook had corrosion under it u7701and u3210, I changed u7701 and clean u7701 problem persists, also test good display problem persist

Backlight flickers, or image?
Did you check with external monitor?
XW7720 is surely good?

Check for fluctuations at backlight output rail.
Test with different backlight settings.
