Hi, i have an 820-000165 with every rail present except PPVCC_S0_CPU (0 volts).

= 1.05V

DDRREG_PGOOD = 1.08 v

U1950
Pin 1 = 1.08 V
Pin 2 = 3.3 V
Pin 3 = 0V

Pin 5-7 = 0V
Pin 6 - 0V
Pin 8 = 3.4 V

Exact ALL_SYS_PWRGD voltage?
PM_SLP_S3_BUF_L has 3V?
If yes, check R8167 value.
If not, post U8180 voltages.
