the board looks fine but it doesn't read SSD on U3740 pin P3V3SSD_VNOM is 0.9v I replaced the R3741 and R3742 all the other pins are fine I get 3.1v.
any suggestions?

That voltage is correct; calculate R3741/42 divider...

Post SSD_RESET_CONN_L and SSD_CLQREQ_L.

I got trolled today with an early 2013 retina not seeing ssd, PP3V3_S0SW_SSD 3.3v was showing at both side of L3700.
But L3700 was high resistance, pratically no current flow. Replace and everything ok.
So check L700 jus in case.

pin 3 SSD_RESET_L = 3.4
pin 4 SSD_RESET_CONN_L = 3.4
pin 5 GRD
pin 6 SSD_PWR_EN 3,2
pin 7 SSD_CLKREQ_CONN_L= 3,2
pin 8SSD_CLKREQ_= 3,2

when SSD is connected to the board pin 7 and 8 get 0v but when I take the ssd out they get 3.2v.
Checked the trace and connectors as well.
Could it be a bad CPU?

I was supposing you measure with SSD connected...
Why would I want to know voltages without SSD???

Check connection between J3700 and U3710/11.
Check R3710 and all C371x capacitors.

Boot on USB OSX and look if onboard SSD appears into Disk Utility; maybe is not partitioned...

an other known working ssd with OSX shows the folder with question mark only when I boot with external HDD I can see the onboard sdd but from the SSD doesn't work
