It comes from SMC_RESET_L, which is not present in such case; unless R7100 is broken...

Pretty sure I killed the board by mistake. Replaced Q7130 since pin 1 was 0. Replacement Q7130 was not soldered properly and now there is a constant short to ground on F7140 as soon as Q7130 is soldered.

Remove F7140.
If short remains on L7130 side, then replace Q7130, U7100 and C7125.
Be sure to have good trace from pin1/Q7130 to pin 24/U7100.
