I really don't want to bother you again about USB activity; seems to be imposible to get a correct reply from you

I asked about USB activity, not power!!!
Even left a thread about how to check that, I cannot test YOUR board myself.

Last steps were: replaced the SMC from matching board, no change. replaced U7100 and got proper PPBUS. Plugged EL Capitan stick in and got an image. All working well now. I was to worried about stuck amperage. The SMC I took off bubbled so was faulty from the beginning
