It is controlled by ALL_SYS_PWRGD, which is created from the power good signals of various power supplies.

ALL_SYS_PWRGD requires various voltages, from S3 and even S0 state.

If PM_SLP_S4_L pulses (when trigger SMC_ONOFF_L), then S3 voltages must pulse too.
If first LED (S5) goes off/on when trigger SMC_ONOFF_L, SMC may detect some short/overcurrent on a secondary power supply.

i have just the s5(pp3v3-pp5v..) voltage, other V rails are 0v, no shorts on the rails..
what produce the other voltage?

If S5 voltageas are steady, first LED must not blink.
S3 voltages may try to appear IF PM_SLP_S4_L pulses; you must check them for pulse at same time.

S5 and 1st led are stable until I’m press the power button, then when I leave the power button the led shut off for 1sec and on again.
Pulse when I trigger power button?

If LED1 blinks, then S5 state is not stable.
Check for drop pulse at 12V_S5 and 3V3_S5, when pressing power button.
Use J5120 pads, instead of power button.

Be sure 12V_G3H is steady, not pulsing.

o.k so i was make a wire D to S now of course 12V_S5 and 12V_G3H are stable and 3V3_S5 are pulse.
cant fine short...
