Fine. Now it's working all is ok but there is a problem with image.

There are points that appear always over grey colour. I have already tried new displays, no change and tried this imac's display on other imac and its working fine so it's something on logic board.

If there is no dedicated GPU, then should be RAM, or CPU issue...

There is no dedicated GPU. What u think about reflow it? Can it help?

RAM is soldered onboard?
In such case, can you find some program for testing RAM?
However, reflow seems to be last option...

yes, it's integrated.Will try ram check. (AHT doesnt do it in full test mode?)
