Hello,
this 00045 was water damaged. No obvious signs of liquid. I noticed that U4600 had a small hole in it. I replaced it, fixed a short on 3V3_AON by replacing U4470 and U4650 and changed U4700, U4780 and U7100 but no change so far. My USBC-meter turns on for a second but as soon as it displays "5V" it turns right off again and won't come back on until I unplug the charger from the wall and wait a few seconds to let it discharge internally (my second meters backlight flashes periodically after it also turned on for a short time after I unlplugged the charger from the wall). I suspect a short somewhere on the input circuitry but can't find it. Also, I can't check any voltages anywhere, just resistances, as the port turns off all voltages instantly. CC Lines, 3V3_AON, charger current sensing, PPDCIN_G3H and PPVIN_G3H are not shorted.
