820-00045 no boot stuck 20v 0A

Hi,
i have this board, no liquid spill.
The Mac power start 20V 450mA and fall 0A
PPBus = 8,5V
All Big coil is good power.
SMC_BC_ACOK = 3,3V
I try to start Mac without battery, I see one time the Mac start and goes to the login windows (just power cable and display)
Now nothing.
What can I do?

Probably CPU issue, as all A1534 machines.
Once failed these are nightmare and wasting time in general.
