820-00045 No picture on screen (sometimes)

Hello,

We have that MacBook A1534 board from 2015 which shows no picture on the screen sometimes.
We have tried on both the customer screen and our known working screen but the same thing is happening.

PPVCC_S0_CPU is 1.7V and board is getting hot.
EDP_PANEL_PWR is a flat 0V (unless screen turns on)

Board doesn't show any signs of liquid damage.

Any idea?

Does it show picture on external during times where there is no picture on internal?

No picture on the external screen using known good USB-C adapter.

Hopeless, could be anything. The board is just brain dead. I have one here with same symptoms, most likely will scrap it.
