820-00045 turns on, but USB device has no power

First issue was, that it didnt turn on. Usual 5v stuff. After replacing u4700 and u7100 it turns on and works fine. It charges with no problem.
But once i hook an Usb-c to USB3.0 adapter up and connect an extrenal drivee to it. It gets no power. My usb-c dongle has an usb-c power port. if i connect the power supply there the exterenal drive gets recognized.
i have no idea what the cause could be.

External device is recognized if you work on battery alone?

the machine works just fine. On battery it does the same

Check L7850 voltage.

If yes, change U4650.

Check diode mode on PP5V1_S4SW.

0.42V diodemode reaeding. i changed it. still same

Ooops, didn't see already changed.
Should be a problem with HPM_SCL/SDA bus.
Try changing U4780.
