Hi guys!
Got an A1708 that won't power on.
Mainboard drain 5v from power adapter but won't switch in 20v mode.
No water damage no corrosion.
PP3v3_G3H is 3,40V on both entrance of U3100 , U3200 ... measured on chip side of R3100 and R3200.
How can i figure if both the CD32 are working fine?

Thank you!

If PP3v3_G3H is present, likely either one of the CD3215s are fried or both, OR there is an issue with the chargeport itself. Take diode mode readings on all the LDO lines (3v3, 1v8 etc) by each CD3215 and compare

Post exact voltage at R7020 and F7000.
Also check if BUF_SMC_RESET_L is high.
And compare readings around CD3215 chips, as above mentioned.
