820-00138 -A Not powering ON

I am trying to track the voltages, Unfortunately, I couldn't find the right board view file, There are many on the internet, But those are not matching with my Board, I don't know why. Could someone help me?
However, here is the voltages on different inductors (I hope the refdes should not be much different ).

L7095 - 3.417V (PP3V42_G3H)
L7130 - 1.66V (PPBUS_G3H)I dont know why
L7195 - 5.501V (PP5V1_CHGR_VDDP)
L3095 - 0V
L7720 - 0V
L7710 - 0V
L7520 - 0V
L7630 - 0V
L7430 - 0V
L7310 - 0V
L7320 - 0V
L7330 - 0V

Diode mode
L7095 - 0.302V
L7130 - 0.443V
L7195 - 0.312V
L3095 - 0.513V
L7720 - 0.400V
L7710 - 0.886V
L7520 - 0.404V
L7630 - 0.069V
L7430 - 0.261V
L7310 - .012V
L7320 - .012V
L7330 - .012V

Two versions of this board on the market; only one schematic/boardview available.

Check diode mode to ground at F7140.
Post basic U7100 voltages; pins 1, 2, 3, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19, 20, 27.
Also check resistance between pins 17/18 and 27/28.

F7140 diode mode - 0.442V

U7100
1 - 0V
2 - 16.49V
3 - 3.92V
9 - 4.316V
12 - 3.417V
13 - 3.38V
14 - 3.1V
15 - 0.051V
17 - 1.659V
19 - 5.524V
20 - 5.503V
27 - 16.09V

Resistance btw 17 & 18 is 3.2 Ohm
Resistance btw 27 & 28 is 483K Ohm

"9 - 4.316V
-----------
Resistance btw 27 & 28 is 483K Ohm"
There is the problem.
Check R7121/22 and traces...
