Yeah, board is up and running, battery charged up, It is working! I think the problem was when I started, U7100 was bad as well as resistors. I only changed U7100 to a new one. I should have replaced U7100 and the resistors at the same time. My mistake was replacing only U7100 or resistors. I was caught in a crazy game of back and forth! Replacing one killed the other until I changed U7100 and resistors.
The "crack" I heard was the new U7100 blowing because I didn't realize at the time R7121/22 were blown as well. I put another U7100 on and the board started working but when I checked pins 27 & 28 I founf 17.7K so I must have blown the new resistors when I replaced them after the new U7100 blew. Good lesson. Wasted a new U7100 though...
