Hi,
liquid on this board near U7310, PPBUS short, i remove U7310 & change it, PPBUS is now normal at 12,56V
All rail S5 is good but the rest is at 0V
SMC_PM_G2=3,427V
PP3V42_G3=3,428V
ALL_SYS_PWGD=0V
i don't find any another area liquid spill on the board.
can you help me please?
thanks

Probably dead CPU, because voltage spike on VCORE.

You should check power on sequence at least.
Do you get 3V3_SUS?
Post S5_PWRGD, PCH_DSWVRMEN, PM_DSW_PWRGD, PM_RSMRST_L, PM_PWRBTN_L, PM_BATLOW_L.
Also check all 4 RTC signals at PCH.
Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for reaction (drop pulse) at PM_PWRBTN_L.

Be sure to use 85W Magsafe 2 charger...

3V3_SUS=0
S5_PWRGD=3,4
PCH_DSWVRMEN=3,21
PM_DSW_PWRGD=0
PM_RSMRST_L=3,26
PM_PWRBTN_L=3,4
PM_BATLOW_L=3,32 without battery
SMC_ONOFF_L=3,42
When i Short SMC_ONOFF_L, PM_PWRBTN_L go to 0 and come back after to 3,4
i use a apple 85W m2
CPU dead?

"S5_PWRGD=3,4
-------------------
PM_DSW_PWRGD=0"
Check diode mode to ground there.
SMC should pull high this signal.
Try reballing SMC...

"When i Short SMC_ONOFF_L, PM_PWRBTN_L go to 0 and come back after to 3,4"
Check if all PM_SLP_Sx_L signals pulse at least, at same moment.

sorry for the late reply
I check all PM_SLP_Sx_L all make a high rise signal to 3,4 when i short SMC_ONOF and come back to 0V
What can i see?
