PP3V42_G3H: 3.4v
PP5V_S5: 5v
PP5V_S4: 0v
PP3V3_S5: 3.3v
PP3V3_S4: 0v
PP3V3_SUS: 3.3v
PP1V05_SUS: 1.05v

Original 85W Magsafe 2 charger

When I trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and there is a drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L, cant check pulse on PM_SLP_S4_L because it pulses every few seconds.

No need to trigger, if you already detected pulses on it.
Check for pulse at PM_SLP_S4_L at same time.
Also check for pulse at all big coils.
You can test in SMC bypass mode; should get higher pulses.

PP1V5_S0, PP1V05S0_LL, PP1V35_S3, PP3V3_S5, PP5V_S4 all pulse.
SMC Bypass same thing.
When I trigger SMC_ONOFF_L there is a drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L,
PM_SLP_S4_L pulses every few seconds with the trigger

Any pulse at PLT_RESET_L?

Check all SPI Bus Termination resistors and their traces.
Also check for pulse/short at page 66.

Just in case, test with known good BIOS.
