820-00163 fan spining fast

There is no sign for a liquid damage, when i start the machine it turns on normally then it become too slow and the fan spin fast, i checked sensor, i found heatpipe outgoing and incoming air 128 degree celsius, any suggestion please?

Disconnect webcam and test again.
If still the same, try known good trackpad board/flex.

Also test with KNOWN good battery.
