820-00163 no boot no green light

Hi, got an 820-00163 that does not turn on and does not have green light.

PP3V42_G3H is shorted. Removed L7095 and the short is on the system side.

Injected 3V/2A but nothing is getting warm. I am afraid of injecting more an damaging something

Are you sure you've injected 2A, or that is the limit set on lab PSU?
If there is pure short (close to 0 ohm), board wants to take more than 10A maybe.
In such case, limiting to 2A, PSU gets blocked and doesn't inject anything.
