PM_PCH_SYS_PWROK 3.41V
PM_PCH_PWROK 3.41
RTC_RESET_L is 3.31V
PPVRTC_G3H is 3.33V
PCH_CLK32K_RTCX1 has a nice 32.7 puls
under infrared cpu is getting warm 46 °C
SMC_LID is 3.38V
CPU VCORE is 1.8V

Any history available, liquid sign?

Did you try known good BIOS?
Just in case, try PRAM reset.
Disconnect internal SSD, airport card, trackpad, webcam and LCD.
Test the board alone on the desk; even without LIO flex.

Man, don't waste time with Vinafix BIOSes.
Your problem may not be the BIOS, but try something better, not Vinafix...

Did you test LIO USB port too?

yes man that worked. ! thanks a lot.
the problem was definitly the bios. but with your bios i had the same result. it was a little hard to me to solder the bios chip good with the board. so when i had the same result with your now known good bios i tryed some times to solder that good and now its working.

back again with bad news

i assembled today all together, came the client, machine starting up and shut down or freez. after 3-4 times tryed i have now the same problem like in the beginning, fan spins, cpu vcore is good, it pulls only until 0.5A if good it should until 0.6 I think. seems like no brain.

so i desoldered the bios chip, take a known working one, flsh it with the 820-00164 GFEIN clean ME OK.rar
to be shure that it is good soldered I glued it upside down, and soldered 9 wires from chip to board.

there is still the same problem.

Solder the chip in correct position.
Check all its traces and SPI resistors.
There could be an issue caused by crap accumlated under some BGA chip.
