Board no power on green light and orange light present but after few seconde return to green light and orange light again

Tried good magsafe 45w, io board and cable good know

PPBUS_G3H 8.53V
PP3V42_G3H 3.42V
PP3VRTC_G3H 3.29V
ALL_SYS_PWRGD 0V

replaced R7121, 7122 of U7100 because value too high

can you explain S0, S1, 2,3,4,5 state of power (how it's work, s0 started or state off for example)

What check after in order

Post exact ohm value between pins 17/18 and 27/28 of U7100.
Also need exact voltage for PPBUS_G3H.
Do you get 3V3_S5/SUS?
SMC_RESET_L steady high?
Any history available?

Forum goal is to help you in repair process.
You can also find many explanations about basic signals and voltages, as complete power on sequence too.
However personal training is different thing...

History no liquid damage, just stopped working

pins of U7100 :
17/18 : 3 Ohms
27/28 : 20.7 Ohms
PPBUS_G3H : 8.534V
PP3V3_S5 3.295V and PP3V3_SUS 3.294V
SMC_RESET_L steady high 3.387V

Check all RTC signals and post also PM_BATLOW_L, S5_PWRGD, PM_DSW_PWRGD, PCH_DSWVRMEN, SMC_ADAPTER_EN, PM_RSMRST_L and PM_RSMRST_L.

checked all RTC signals : 3.298V

PM_BATLOW_L : 0.035V

S5_PWRGD : 3.387V

PM_DSW_PWRGD : 3.415V

PCH_DSWVRMEN : 3.201V

SMC_ADAPTER_EN : 1.048V

PM_RSMRST_L : 0V

Really the 4 (four) RTC signals same 3.298V?

"PM_BATLOW_L : 0.035V"
Original and correct charger for sure?

"SMC_ADAPTER_EN : 1.048V"
This is sign of SMC issue.
But PCH can pull it down too, less probable.

Post U8130 voltages.

for rtc signals i check all point of PPVRTC_G3H i've got 3.298V

Original and correct charger sure

U8130 voltages :

1: 3.295V
2 : 3.295V
3 : 0.243V
4 : 3.269V
5 : 0V
6 : 3.265V

"i check all point of PPVRTC_G3H"
I said RTC "SIGNALS", not power rail!!!
Check page 12 (RTC block).

"PM_RSMRST_L : 0V
------------
6 : 3.265V"
???

PM_RSMRST_L : 3.265V sorry

for check signals i don't have oscilloscope,

page 12 i've PCH Decoupling

There are 4 RTC signals to check in DC, with a simple DMM.
To be more explict, even if is the "n" time I mention these signals: RTC_RESET_L, PCH_SRTCRST_L, PCH_INTVRMEN, PCH_INTRUDER_L.
Newest boards don't have the last two signals.

thank you for information

RTC_RESET_L : 3.290V

PCH_SRTCRST_L : 3.290V

PCH_INTVRMEN : 3.201V

PCH_INTRUDER_L : 3.017V

Is PM_PWRBTN_L steady high?
Check it for drop pulse when trigger SMC_ONOFF_L signal; use R5115/16 pads, instead od power button.
If yes, check for pulse at all PM_SLP_Sx_L signals at same time.

Did you try SMC bypass mode?

PM_PWRBTN_L : 3.406V

SMC_ONOFF_L : 3.415V no pulse stable

How use Bypass mode ? short R5115 or plug keyboard on power button many seconds while plugging charger ? (if i remember)

"no pulse when SMC_ONOFF_L pressed"
No pulse where???

SMC seems to work.
PCH should release (high pulse/level) all PM_SLP_Sx_L signals at the same moment of drop pulse on PM_PWRBTN_L.
