820-00164 sensor issue

Arrived with no liquid damage. Just the fan spinning fast. Heatpipe 2 and heatpipe outgoing air 128C Replaced U5800 and Q5830 with no change.

R5360 R5361 R5805 and R5800 all measure well. Continuity is good as well to U5800

What else can cause it? Using known good trackpad and cable

Try known good LIO board/cable.
Inspect LIO connector for corroded pins.
Also try disconnecting webcam...

Already using known good LIO board/cable. LIO connector does not have any corroded pins.
Webcam disconnected didn’t make a difference

Compare HWMonitor readings with working board; can be 00165.
I think some heatpipe temp is reported 128 normally.

What else could make fan spin fast then? Thermal paste is good.

Try another trackpad board/flex.
Inspect tracpad connector pins.
Monitor current and voltage sensors too.
Fan starts fast, or increases the speed in seconds?
