Had short on PPBUS_G3H replaced u7090
Now have G3H up, but stuck at 0.1A

PP5V_S5 - 5V
PP5V_S4rs3 - 5V
PP5V_S0 - 5V
S5_PWRGD - 3.3V

PP3V3_S5 - 3.3v
PP3V3_S4 - 3.3v
PP3V3_sus - 3.3v
PP3V3_S3 - 3.3v
PP3V3_S0 - 3.3V

Pgood signals don't seem to be up around U1950, apart than
CPUVR_PGOOD_R - 3.3v

U7501 is providing PGOOD2 but not PGOOD1 i.e. P5VS4RS3_PGOOD

PM_SLP_S3_BUF_L - 3.3V

Detected heat signatures around
U7100 - replaced still same
U3900- reflowed as there were liquid signs around it
U2800 - reflowed, still same

any suggestions where else to look,.

Thanks for the response @2informaticos

pin3: 0.015V
pin7: 0.015V

Only voltages I am getting on this gate is pin8 and 2 CPUVR_PGOOD_R

On the other side, ALL_SYS_PWRGD side of R8167 is low, while PM_SLP_S3_BUF_L is high. I wonder if some of the other lines are pulling it down?

When unsoldered in this order:
R8166 - P1V8S3_PGOOD - 0.7V
R8165 - P5VS3RS3 - 0.7V
R8164 - P1V05S0 - 0.9V
R8168 - When I removed this one too and no other _PGOOD resistors left apart than R8167, I have jumping 3.3V on ALL_SYS_PWRGD on 5 sec low / 1 sec high interval.

Is that expected?

Before I solder _PGOOD resistors back it was 0V
When I resolder them back still 0V and seems like I have lost 0.1A power draw and the orange light on the charge.

Yeah, there is quite of a corrosion trace around one of the memory chip legs. Perhaps damaged underneath causing the issue.
Perhaps its time to pull the trigger on this one.

Thank you again for all the support
