"SMC_RESET_L. 2.2 to 3.4V

5 - 3.4"
???

Post exact ohm resistance between pins 27/28 of U7100.

Please open new thread with your problem.
Same symptom doesn't always mean the same problem!

Post resistance between pins 17/18 too.

Remove F7140 and check C7140 voltage.
If still the same, check/replace C7125.
Also replace U7100 and Q7130.
Be sure to have good solders and traces.

Without F7140 to the same.
I checked C7125 and it's ok. diode-mode pin 1 - 0.550, pin 2 - 0.120.
I replaced U7100 and Q7130 still the same

"Post resistance between pins 17/18 too."
?

Check all U7100 surrounding components and traces; especially for pins 5, 7, 8.

"I checked C7125 and it's ok. diode-mode pin 1 - 0.550, pin 2 - 0.120"
I mentioned replace option, just in case you don't know how to check it; which seems to be the case...

I replaced C7125 - still the same
17/18 3.7 ohm
I compared the U7701 with a working machine. I found a broken R7105 and changed. Nothing helped.

Post again some basic voltages (F7140 in place):
PPBUS_G3H, SMC_RESET_L, PM_BATLOW_L, SMC_PM_G2_EN, SMC_ADAPTER_EN.

PPBUS_G3H 0,75v and falls (F7140 pin.2)
PPVBAT_G3H_CHGR_REG and falls (F7140 pin.1)
SMC_RESET_L 3.4v (R7100)
PM_BATLOW_L 0v (R1410)
SMC_PM_G2_EN 0v (R5198)
SMC_ADAPTER_EN 0v (R5185)

If you don't get voltage at C7140, when F7140 is removed, then your problem is on U7100 area.
Post again U7100 voltages (F7140 removed).

"3 - 0v"
ACIN misssing.
Check diode mode to ground first.
If short/low, remove C7111 and check again.
Be sure R7110 is good.
If still low, change U7100.
