820-00165 (2015) Sleep/Wake Shutdowns

I have two 820-00165 MBA from different customers who are having unexpected shut downs when the Mac goes to sleep or the lid is shut. No visible liquid damage under the scope on either boards. Customer A had the SSD replaced in May 2019 (Old SSD Died) and is having this issue, Customer B purchased their MBA Feb 2019 and never had any issues until this past week.

So far for Customer B I replaced I/O Board and I/O Flex, swapped in a known good SSD and fresh install of 10.14.5 but they are still having the same issue. Could this be SMC or something else? Nothing is coming up in the system console for errors. I'm perplexed.

Confirm if you are using original Magsafe 2 charger; do NOT use 1-->2 adapter.

Disconnect internal SSD and test the machines with known good working USB OSX.

Thanks! Using multiple Apple Original 60W Magsafe 2 adapters. I will attempt the SSD removal and external OS boot. Could it be the SSD in both Macs? They are original Apple NVMe drives, one of which was recently replaced.
