820-00165-A Broken pad on logicboard - orange light but no power

I have a water-damaged motherboard that had some corrosion around SMC. I replaced a couple of damaged caps and I'm getting an orange light on the charger but one of the pads on logicboard is damaged. I attached a photo. Any advice on fixing it?

Do you have good contact L/C5001?
Should get 3V there.

As always, reball SMC when note corrosion on its area.

I'm getting 3.4V on L5001 but not on C5001

Then run a wire L-C5001.
The pad is on the middle, but is just a test point, not important.

Thanks, I run a wire and now I'm getting 3.4 on pin 1 C5001. but still no power.
I'm getting 8.18v on PPBUS__G3H
and I've 3.4V on PP3v42_G3H

Did you reball SMC?
12MHz present at Y5110?
If no o-scope available, post DC voltage for crystal pins.
