820-00165-A Fan Issue

Hi, i have an 820-00165-A machine with the fan spinning at full speed as soon as loads the OS.

It has no liquid damage, all temps are under 60 degrees celsius, the CPU is not throttled (machine works as regular), no issue at apple diagnostics.

I can change the fan speed with a temp monitoring app

Any history available?
Try first cleaning ME region in BIOS.
Also test disconnecting webcam and changing trackpad flex/board.
