Try removing R7100 now.
If still the same, remove Q5110 and check again SMC_RESET_L.
Last option, change SMC...

Same voltages without trackpad, only PP3V3_S5_AVREF_SMC goes up a little to 0.7v

Tried another U5110.

PP3V42_G3H: 3.0V

PP3V42_G3H_SMC_SPVSR: 3.0V

SMC_MANUAL_RST_L: 3V

SMC_RESET_L: 0V

SMC_LSOC_RST_L: 3V

SMC_ONOFF_L: 3V

PP3V3_S5_AVREF_SMC: 0.7V (it goes to 0.7v down from 2v slowly)

Carefully check power voltage directly to pins 1 & 3; do not make short between pins!
Be sure all traces and solders are good.

Not between the pins; check voltage on pins 1 & 3 (to ground).
You've said to have 3V there; directly on the pins, or close components connected to the same lines?
