Post all U5110 voltages.
Check R5100 and clean J6100.
Try removing R7100 now.
If still the same, remove Q5110 and check again SMC_RESET_L.
Last option, change SMC...

Post again its voltages; with trackpad connected.
You are in worst scenario than before: lost two voltages.
Try another chip and be sure about solders.

Also check diode mode to ground at AVREF_SMC.

Carefully check power voltage directly to pins 1 & 3; do not make short between pins!
