Ooops, it dropped to 3.0V exactly?
Inspect U7090 area for corrosion and check all its surrounding caps and resistors.
Post diode mode to ground at L7095.

A bit low, if measured with cold board.
Usual value is aprox 0.300 in diode mode (red to ground).
Check again removing U5110.

Did you reball SMC?

I replaced U7090 just in case, now L7095 diode mode is 0.279 and PP3V42_G3H dropped to 2.9v.

L7095 diode mode is 0.265 with U5110 removed

Yes, i reballed the SMC

Take this as reference for you multimeter then.
In this case, 3V42G3H power rail should be good.

The problem must be on U7090 area.
Check its traces, solders and surrounding components.
Pay atention to C7094 and R7095/96.

Traces are good, components are looking great.

Replaced C7094 and U7090 just in case. R7095/96 resistance reading is the same as good board.
