Replaced U7090 again, no feedback is 1.0v and PP3V42_G3H is 3.0v. I restored R7095/96 original values.

PPVIN_G3H_P3V42G3H is 13.5v. It says it should be 18.5v. But theres a note that says the divider sets the ACIN threshold at 13.55v

U7090 VIN voltage should be almost same as charger voltage.
Be sure R7005 has correct value.

Are you using original 45/60W Magsafe 2 charger?
The voltage must be 14-16V in such case.

C5010 was shorted. After replacing i now got 3.4v on PP3V42_G3H but still no green light.

PPBUS_G3H is 8.4v

PP5V_S5 is 0v and PP3V3_S5 is 0.5v

it seems that U7501 is not being enabled.

SMC_RESET_L is 3.4v

Be sure to get 12MHz oscillation at Y5110.
Post its DC voltage at least.

No voltage on neither SMC_XTAL_R or SMC_XTAL

Change Y5110 and adjacents components.
You should get 1-1.2V DC voltage on its terminals.
If still the same, change SMC.
Once removed, check traces from SMC pads to Y5110.
