How is this possible???
Please, post accurate information.

Check U7501 basic voltages; 23, 22, 12, 13, 29, 21.
Be sure no short, or low resistance on any big coil.

I checked three times. ppbus_g3h on F7140 - 4v and 17 - 8.6v

23 - 4v
22 - 3.3v
12 - 3.4v
13 - 2v
29 - 4v
21 - 3.4v

L7310/20 - 10.3 ohm

Which pin of F7140 did you check?

Check R7150/51/52.

Fuses looked fine was not broken - continuity of the circuit . I replaced it and of course it works. How do you check if such a fuse is defective ?

The fuse was not blown. After replacing it, the machine works

How can you explain different voltage on the pins of "not blown" fuse???
Continuity mode not always shows bad fuse.
I faced with this problem, after found shorted cap into CPU power supply.
Fuse showed good in diode mode, but machine spins fan 1-2s, or turned off after 10s; fixed replacing the fuse.
