Here is the thing:
The originally problem was back light. So i find out the LP8550 was bad and then i replaced.
Works! However, the back light is flashing a little bit. Very little

Any hint?

Reflow the chip; use quality flux.
Gently tap it, just to see it "dancing" a bit.
Also check for corrosion on its area, both sides of board...

Reflow it first. If that doesn't work, then it's bad.
