Hi, 820-00165-A board with no visible corrosion. Green and orange light, no fan spin. Trying to turn on SMC bypass no fan spin.

no PP5V_S4RS3 and no PP5V_S0.

5 volts on PP5V_S5 .

P5VS0_EN is not present.

What about SMC_ADAPTER_EN, PM_BATLOW_L, PM_DSW_PWRGD, PCH_DSWVRMEN, PM_RSMRST_L and PM_PWRBTN_L?

PCH_DSWVRMEN is 3.3v steady. Rest is not present.

Exact PPBUS_G3H voltage (without battery)?
SMC_RESET_L present?
Also check DC voltage at Y5110 (if no o-scope available).

SMC_EXTAL:0.9 v

SMC_XTAL_R: 0v

Really strange to get 5V_S5, but no 3V3_S5.
Check diode mode to ground at L7560 first.
Post basic voltage for U7501; pins 23, 22, 12, 13, 29, 21.

U7501:

23: 8.56 v
22: 3.3 v
12: 3.4 v
13: 2.0v
29: 5.01v
21: 3.4 v

3V3_S5 should then be present at L7560; check it again.

Check all U7501 surrounded components, related to 3V3_S5 section.
Pay atention to R/C7564.
May need to change U7501 and Q7560.
