And another one...

Missing all voltages besides PPDCIN_G3H which is 15v and DCIN_ISOL_GATE_R 15v. PPDCIN_G3H_ISOL it's 0v and I already replaced Q7010 and stayed the same. The diode mode measurement on PP3V3_S0 is 0. When a low voltage is injected on PP3V3_S0 only thing that showed heat was U3900 which I removed but no changes. No other shorted line found.

Any ideas, please?

How did you arrive to an S0 voltage if no S5 voltage present at all?

"DCIN_ISOL_GATE_R 15v"
So D7012 is bad (open); change it.
