Using original Magsafe 2 charger?

Check PM_BATLOW_L, PCH_DSWVRMEN, PM_DSW_PWRGD, SMC_ADAPTER_EN, PM_PWRBTN_L, PM_RSMRST_L and the 4 PCH's RTC (DC) signals.
Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L (at same time).

PM_PWRBTN_L : yes it drops as soon as i trigger it

Now check if PM_SLP_S4_L pulses at same time.

BTW, read here about mentioned RTC signals.

RTC_RESET_L : 3.3 Volt
PCH_SRTCRST_L : 3.3 Volt
PCH_INTRUDER_L : 3.0 Volt
PCH_INTVRMEN : 3,2

PM_SLP_S4_L : I see pulse on PM_SLP_S4_L when I trigger SMC_ONOFF_L. Sometimes it goes up to 1 volt

Check for pulse at PM_SLP_S3_L and all big coils.
Also U1950, pins 7 & 3.
Test if machine turns on in SMC bypass mode.
