820-00165 a1466 no power

hello, this no sign of corrosion got green orange light fan spin like 1sec
after i removed the battery fan spins but no display no usb activity,
i tried smc bypass fan spins high but no display (no capslock light also)
tried good clean me nothing changes

tried the whole board to other known working case inluding screen still same
ppbus_g3h 8.6v
3v3_S5/SUS3.3v
smc_onoff 3.4V

Still doesn't start with known good battery connected?
Check resistance between pins 17/18 and 27/28 of U7100.

PLT_RESET_L goes high?

17/18 3.9ohms
27/28 20.5ohms

Check all SPI Bus Series Termination resistors and traces.

You can try CPU heat test.

cpu heat test what do u mean by this?
heat cpu with quality flux?

btw cpu is getting hot

1800-200 degress, no more than 15-20s.
Don't need to melt the balls; just burn eventually accumulated crap underneath.

You can also try to reball SMC.
