no sign of corossion.
with battery charger connected only green light
without battery charger connected got green/orange light.
when press power button fan spins 1sec.
tried smc bypass can see the apple logo then it shutsdown

Check voltage and diode mode to ground on SCL/SDA lines of battery bus.
Did you try known good LIO board/flex?

In SMC bypass mode, test the machine with USB macOS.

SDA is 0.735 3.4v stable
SLC is 0.735 2.8-3.4v pulsing.

LIO board/flex? nothing changes.
it is actually can turn on can go to the menu but it shutsdown itself most of the time when u turn on
fan spins for 1sec. then off again

ppbus with battery only is 8.44v

Test the board alone on the desk; nothing connected, no TP, nor LIO flex, only charger.
Board should start by itself, when charger is plugged in.
Remove SSD and airport card too.

PPBUS_G3H is 8.19V with charger alone, no battery?

Reball SMC; if no change, replace it.
