820-00165 after water damage, fan spin high

After my repair board works but with one problem.
Fan runs at high speed and mac work slowly.
Could anybody have any suggest?
Trackpad changed
I/O Board Changed
WiFi Card changed
SMC Changed from Working Board

Yes, and also keyboard and trackpad are working, I was put the board in working body so it’s from the board

Start in Diagnostic mode and see what error pops up.

Fan starts at max, or increases speed in 20-30s?

dont let me enter Diagnostic mode error -d1005
fan start after 20sec when the loading bar is start.

Is that the full error message?
If you can login to macOS, install and run HWMonitor.
Check for strange values reported.
