820-00165 bios issue

Received with fan spinning for a few seconds turns off and then back on then off e.t.c

Tried bios from donar which solves the issue however every time when the medusa finishes cleaning the me region the same symptoms return... fan spin for a few seconds then off then on.

Board is in perfect coniditon with no liquid damage

Any ideas on this one?

The board boots and give image with BIOS file from other board, without cleaning ME region?
It fails again only when you try to clean ME?

yes, exactly correct. Never run into this before.

Did you try clean ME BIOS from the forum?

No tried from a known good test bios.

Fully boots and runs no problem with donar bios but as soon as clean me is tried same problem returns.

Has problems. Turns on a few seconds then off then on few seconds then of. Will only fully boot and stay on from a bios with old me region
