820-00165 boot first time, after have to wait get cold to boot again

No water damage, logic board is like new.


This is the behaviour:

First time when logic board is cold it boots ok and load system. All is working fine. When shut it down it stop working. Fan spins, CPU get hot but no image, no chime. In this momento absolutly all rails are present and ok but still no image. I have already boot with clean EFI but no change.


PRAM; NVRAM; SMC RESET (also changed it from donot) are done with no changes.

The board stays off when you turn it off, or fan remains on?

PLT_RESET_L gos high, when gets stuck and doesn't boot?
Try disconnecting airport and internal SSD.

PLT_RESET_L -3.3 when not boot. ssd and airport already disconnected with no changes

How the fault appeared, what said the client?

Did you test for USB activity?
Test the board without LIO flex.
Check SMC_LID level.
