Wouldnt turn on liquid damage on u1900 so i replaced it. Got fan spin and power consumption is normal thought it was all good until i put in to body, No display not chime no activity on usb no pram reset.
U1900 was from a 2015 model donor board but this board is 2017 markings are different but i assume they are the same and wouldn't cause this issue?

Did you get USB activity with the board alone on the desk?

If board turns on, U1900 should be good.

No I thought it was working due to the normal power consumption .
No corrosion was on the bios but will try clean ME region and new bios .
