820-00165 chime noise non stop

The MacBook turn on the backlight then gives the sound of chime noise, after it, it enters on infinity loop of this sound, anyone knows what is the problem and can it be fixed?
(tried to change this bios of this is motherboard but always the same problem)

What happens if you disconnect trackpad flex?
In fact, disconnect battery too.
Machine should automatically start, when connect the charger.

when disconnecting all it stuck on a black screen, but when i connect IO flex it + battery (need it to turn on this version) it's stuck on the same problem(the infinity loop sound)

I said trackpad flex and battery.
If you disconnect LIO flex, no sound available...

Try known good BIOS file...

i cleaned ME region, it work for 1 time full boot on macOS, then the same problem again.
also tried an good BIOS. same problem...

Something reacted to heat on the board.
Reball SMC now.

after reballing SMC it stuck on boot loading( was half loaded) then it turned off, i tired to change SSD and boot from another external disk but always stuck,then tried to do SMC and PRAM reset, then its back to the main problem( infinity loop of chime sound
