820-00165 cpu gets hot but no activity.

Cpu gets around 80 degrees, but no cpu activity.

Already flashed the EFI chip.
25khz Clock signal is present.
What could be the issue here.. is the cpu dead

Do you get all voltages on the board?
What about PLT_RESET_L?
Did you check USB activity on the onboard port?
Disconnect LIO flex, SSD, airpoort, trackpad and battery for test.

PLT_REESET_L is high. I have no usb activity. i have already disconnected evrything and swapped IO board too
