No history on this board, got it from a repair shop.
It draws 0.11A from power supply, no fan
PP3v42_G3H = 2.6V
After checking some components around I thought it was U7090 (it was also slightly warm), replaced it and same result.
SMC is also quite hot, PP1V2_S5_SMC_VDDC =2.6V too
Does that mean SMC is fried, some internal shorts?
